Dairy Farm strive to bring to Asian consumers the benefits of modern retail practices and to pioneer new offerings to excite their customers. The Company operates in four segments: Food, Health and Beauty, Home Furnishings, and Restaurants. Food segment consists of supermarket, hypermarket and convenience store businesses. Health and Beauty segment consists of the health and beauty businesses. Home Furnishings is the Company's IKEA businesses. Restaurants segment is managed by the Company's associate, Maxim's, a Hong Kong-based restaurant chain. The Company's operates its stores under brands, including Wellcome, Maxim's Catering, Cold Storage, Jasons Market Place, Shop 'n Save, Giant, and Mannings. It also operates 7-Eleven (convenience stores) throughout the region, and IKEA (home furnishings) stores in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
