These independently-operated brands have been serving their respective customers, franchisees and communities customers for more than 40 years and have similar franchise business models with complementary daypart mixes.Restaurant Brands has three operating and reportable segments: Tim Hortons, Burger King and Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. While the Tim Hortons brand maintains a strong base of restaurants across Canada, the United States and the Middle East; Burger King mostly serves customers in the United States and in markets outside. Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen operates restaurants in the United States and 25 other countries.
