The Copper segment is engaged in mining of copper, silver, lead, zinc, molybdenum, uranium and gold. The Coal segment is engaged in mining of metallurgic and thermal coal. The company has agreed to pursue a merger of its Petroleum business with Woodside Petroleum Ltd.
