The company has two business segments: Metal Cutting and Infrastructure. Metal Cutting segment is engaged in manufacturing tooling and metal cutting products as well as provides related services. Also, the segment provides both customized and standard metal cutting solutions. Infrastructure segment deals in earth-cutting tools, ceramic and tungsten carbide components as well as metallurgical powders. The segment serves end users in the energy, general engineering and earthworks markets.
