Select Medical's joint venture subsidiary, Concentra operates occupational health centers across states. Select Medical owns 100% of the outstanding membership interests of Concentra Group Holdings Parent. Other activities comprise its corporate shared services, certain investments and employee leasing services provided to related parties affiliated through the company's equity method investments.
