Rehabilitation Hospital unit consists of hospitals designed to serve patients that require intensive physical rehabilitation care. Patients are typically admitted to critical illness recovery hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals from general acute care hospitals. Select Medical owns 100% of the outstanding membership interests of Concentra Group Holdings Parent. Other activities comprise its corporate shared services, certain investments and employee leasing services provided to related parties affiliated through the company's equity method investments.
