The majority of the online courses delivered from the Company's library through its e-learning system are commercial off-the-shelf courses. The library was built from a combination of acquisitions, the Company's own development efforts and relationships with content providers, such as SkillSoft, PureSafety, Aztec Software and the New York Institute of Finance.
