These are typically used to perform functions such as switching, amplifying, rectifying, routing or transmitting electrical signals, power conversion, and power management. MOSFETs offerings include low-voltage TrenchFET MOSFETs, high-voltage MOSFETs, smart load and analog switches, multiplexers and, power management and power control ICs.
