The company operates in three segments: U.S., Canada and International. All the three segments include the businesses conducted by MRC Global in the upstream, midstream and downstream markets. The U.S. segment consists of the operations of U.S. West, and U.S. East & Gulf Coast. The Canada segment comprises the Canadian operations of the company. The International segment accounts for the operations outside Canada and the United States.
