Moreover, mixed-use developments have gained popularity and the company targets creating urban, mixed-use neighborhoods like Santana Row in San Jose, CA, Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, MD and Assembly Row in Somerville, MA. The company has owned multiple properties, Real estate projects and several accquisitions to its portfolio.
