The Children's Place, Inc. is the largest pure-play children's specialty apparel retailer in N. America. It sells apparel, footwear, accessories and other items for children, and designs, contracts to manufacture, and sells merchandise under the brand names The Children's Place, Place, Baby Place, and Gymboree. Gymboree is an iconic children's apparel brand offering colorful, playful, bow-to-toe children's clothing collections for any occasion. It acquired certain intellectual properties and related assets of Gymboree Group, Inc. and related entities. International and wholesale expansion continue to represent meaningful long-term revenue opportunities for the company and it's focusing on its omni-channel capabilities as part of its digital transformation strategy. The company has one of the highest digital penetrations in the industry. The company had many stores across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico besides the e-commerce business at www.childrensplace.com and www.gymboree.com.
