The company has 2 segments: Snacking & Beverages and Meal Preparation. The Snacking & Beverages segment includes categories with increased market growth potential. The segment will be focused on driving revenues, and undertaking research, development and commercialization per the changing consumer trends. The Meal Preparation segment will be concentrated on enhancing productivity, efficiency and cash flow.
